If necessary, we can, also, handle on your behalf any payments scheduled on the day. We can track the day's tasks from venue preparation and hair and makeup, all the way to reception and cleanup. Manage timelines

We will oversee all guest transports to and from the venue(s). Once on site, we will make sure your guests are properly welcomed and guided to their tables. If there are any collateral activities that the guests need to know in advance, we will timely inform them.
