On June 10, 2019, we received a last-minute request from Fabiana to help her best friends elope in Santorini. She called from Rome’s airport, just as they were about to fly to Santorini, with the elopement set for the very next day!
Krizia, our beautiful bride and model, was unaware of the surprise awaiting her. Meanwhile, Vincenzo, her Italian groom, was actively involved in planning every detail for this beautiful day.
A Swift Planning Process for a Magical Elopement
Our first meeting took place just 5 hours after their arrival in Santorini. To start the celebrations, Krizia received a stunning bouquet of 365 red roses upon landing. After that, she visited the local shops to find the perfect white dress for her special event. She was full of inspiration!
The planning process lasted around 8 hours! This was a time record when it comes to planning a wedding. Our vision was to follow the color pallet and style of their wedding venue, the stunning Cavo Tagoo. In this line, we ended up with a combination of black and white details and neutral touches. In addition, mixed flowers, cotton, and wooden branches made the bridal bouquet so unique!
Finally, we all agreed that their romantic dinner must include a beautiful centerpiece with orchids, adding elegance to their intimate celebration!
The romantic Wedding Elopement at Cavo Tagoo, Santorini
On the next day, our beautiful Italian couple were ready to enjoy their wedding Elopement in Cavo Tagoo. Both their ceremony and their dinner took place on a pool platform, with Santorini’s stunning views in the background.
The setting was nothing short of magical, with Eros Ramazzotti songs accompanying their vows and romantic dinner by candlelight and fairy lights. The grand finale featured fireworks lighting up the sky above the venue, a perfect ending to their celebration.
