Managing smooth scheduling for five major events across three days could easily become overwhelming. However, our team meticulously handled every logistical detail: from group transfers and welcome arrangements to timed coordination for ceremonies and events.
In addition, we arranged for nearly 30 vendors, including florists, caterers, musicians, decorators, lighting and sound technicians, coordinating their arrival, setup, and execution. Because we prepared contingency plans for weather and last‑minute changes, the wedding stayed on track even when unexpected challenges arose.
